        The Brain Never Sleep

The brain is one of the most important muscles in our body. Is the one that controls all the body regulation, movement and the one that helps us to understand each other. Now days with the use of technology we spec for our brain to be more relax because it doesn’t have to make an effort as before, but is not due to too much technology and social media we often have plenty of work to do. We over use our brain by making multitask all at once that it makes our brain get tired easily. According to some research multitasking created negative effect in our brain, one of them is stress, by using different app or devices to do work it make your brain work harder this can develop stress. Another negative is frustration, is produce when we are doing a lot of task at the same time and we feel agitated. Lastly time pressure can be cause by multitask, because we have a lot of task at once we might work on all of them at the same time but not finishing any of them this make you feel pressure on the time.  An important effect that multitasking have is that the information that is being acquired can go to the wrong part of the brain. I personally agree with all these negative effects of multitasking because I have experience them and also people who have a connection with me can relate to these effects too.

Multitasking in my personal opinion is not all negative. It has positive effects for example making your brain more supportable for other occasions. Most of the time when I seat at my table and do work I get distracted by my phone and with some other events that are happening around me but this helps me to make my brain distract and relax for a couple minutes. Multitasking helps me to finish my work in a couple day and not to waste extra time on them. But at the end it makes me feel tired with no energy at all, with no motivation to do work.
